Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat yogurt
- 2 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup onion
- 2 clove cloves
- 1 tablespoon ginger root
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Whisk or blend together marinade ingredients.
Place hens in a shallow dish or plastic bag.
Pour marinade over hens, turning to coat completely.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours and up to 12 hours.
Prepare medium hot grill.
Lightly oil or coat with non-stick spray.
Grill the hens, turning once every 8 to 10 minutes, until meat is white throughout.
