Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 ounces) of fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 orange, peeled and chopped
  • 8 ounce crushed pineapple or small hunks
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Blend the fruit in a food processor until chunky.

Add spices and refrigerate.
