When salty, crunchy potato chips and sweet, velvety chocolate meet, magic happens. The combination is out of this world good.
- 1 pound semi-sweet chocolate
- One 13½-ounce bag ridged potato chips, such as Ruffles
1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave at high power in 20-second intervals until the chocolate is melted; stir between intervals.
2. Dip each potato chip three-fourths of the way into the melted chocolate and transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Let stand until set.
