Chef notes

Use leftover chocolate and chipotle powder to make a decadent chocolate-chili punch spiked with rum.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutella or melted chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • 4 tablespoons store-bought eggnog
  • 1 tablespoon coffee liquor
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 5 pieces ice
  • Toasted coffee beans sprinkled with chili pepper powder, for decoration

Preparation

In a blender, combine all the ingredients for 30 seconds. Serve in a martini glass with coffee beans and chili powder for decoration.
