Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh chives, roughly chopped
- 1 quart canola oil
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Combine chives and oil in blender and blend on high for 30 seconds.
Place in small pot and bring to 160 degrees F.
Cool immediately over ice and strain through a coffee filter.
Store in airtight container.
