Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounce extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon chipoltle peppers with adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce

This recipe is a hybrid of prepared ingredients, which makes it very easy to prepare.

One can use a blender or an hand blender to prepare this recipe.

When using the “Embasa” chipoltle peppers note that the peppers themselves will be very spicy.

Use only the sauce for the smokey flavor without all the heat.

Place mayonnaise in a bowl and whisk in olive oil until blended, add a few drops of water or lemon juice if it starts to separate.

Add all other ingredients, blend, and allow the mixture to stand for approximately 30 minutes.
