Ingredients
- 5 very ripe mangos
- 2 containers mascarpone
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cup limes
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 2 cup starfruit, sliced
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Peel, pit, and chop 4 mangos.
Puree with 1 container mascarpone, sugar and lime juice.
Chill thoroughly.
Divide soup into 6 bowls.
Garnish with remaining mango, dollop of mascarpone, diced strawberries, and starfruit.
Serve.
