Ingredients

  • 2 fresh Italian or vinegar cherry peppers
  • 3 tablespoon rough chopped small capers
  • 1/2 tablespoon small red onion
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Be careful when removing seeds from peppers; must always wear gloves.

Combine peppers, capers, onions, garlic and parsley with olive oil, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.

Season with salt and pepper, and let macerate at room temperature for 2 hours before serving.

Makes about 1 cup
