Chile-garlic sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup mild-flavored honey, such as clover honey
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon green onions (green parts only), thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Thoroughly combine all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl.

The sauce will have a thin consistency.

Cover and refrigerate until the flavors marry, at least 3 hours or overnight.

Serve chilled.
