Ingredients
- 2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup (1-ounce) package ranch-style salad dressing mix
- 1 cup (30-ounce) package frozen country-style hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 cup diced cooked chicken
- 8 cup strips bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Lightly grease a 1½-quart baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, butter and dressing mix; stir until smooth.
Stir in hash browns, chicken, and half of bacon.
Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining 1 cup cheese and remaining half of bacon; bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
