Ingredients
Sauerkraut
- 8 ounce prepared sauerkraut
- 2 ounce kielbasa, diced
- 1/2 ounce small white onion, sliced
- 3/4 cup beer
- 1/4 teaspoon caraway seed
- 2 teaspoon juniper berries
Bratwurst
- 8 ounce prepared sauerkraut
- 2 ounce kielbasa, diced

- 2 schaller & weber cheddar stuffed bratwurst
- 3/4 cup beer
- 3/4 cup water
For serving
- 8 ounce prepared sauerkraut
- 2 ounce kielbasa, diced
- 1/2 ounce small white onion, sliced
- 3/4 cup beer

- 3/4 cup beer
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut
- 2 tablespoon grain mustard
- 2 tablespoon potato hoagie rolls
Preparation
Baking Directions:
For the sauerkraut, place everything in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
For the bratwurst, place bratwurst in a pot with beer and water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serving Directions:
Spread each roll with mustard.
Top with a brat and half the sauerkraut.
