Cavatelli with broccoli rabe and truffles

Ingredients

  • 10 ounce broccoli rabe
  • 1/2 head garlic cleaned and minced
  • 1/4 cup evoo
  • 1 cup grated parmigiano reggiano
  • 5 ounce truffle butter

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Sauté garlic in olive oil until toasted and add broccoli rabe.

Pour 3/4 qt.

of water into the pan to cook broccoli rabe and add salt and pepper.

Once broccoli rabe is tender, add truffle butter.

Once liquid is creamy from the butter, remove from heat.

Cook pasta and add to pan of sauce.

  Check seasoning and garnish with Parmigiano-Reggiano.
