Cauliflower with bagna cauda

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 1 teaspoon anchovies, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon shallots, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon chives, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley, chopped.

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Combine all ingredients — except cauliflower — in a saucepan.

Heat the ingredients until they are infused.

Reserve bagna cauda.

Take ¼ head of cauliflower and cut it into wedges.

Grill the wedges over medium heat to desired doneness.

Once done, spoon bagna cauda over cauliflower wedges.
