Ingredients
- 4 lollipop lamb chops, 3/4-inch thick (one per person)
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- ] ] Salt and pepper
- Herbes de Provence
- Fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Marinate the lamb chops in the olive oil, salt, pepper, a dash of herbes de Provence and a squeeze of lemon juice. Marinate at room temperature for an hour.
Heat a grill or grill pan.
Grill the lamb over medium heat for 3 minutes on one side and for 4 minutes on the other for medium-rare chops.
