Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon shallots
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 pound brussels sprouts
- 10 ounce proscuitto
- 10 ounce roasted chestnuts
- 1 cup parsley leaves
- 1 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Heat butter in large sauté pan and sauté garlic and shallots until butter begins to foam.
Add the brussels sprouts and chestnuts and toss well to combine everything.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then add honey, sugar and proscuitto.
Turn up the flame to medium-high and cook, not moving the pan, to allow brussels sprouts to caramelize and Proscuitto to crisp.
Finish with salt, pepper and parsley.
