Brisket on garlic bread with last night's left over broccoli mixed with cream cheese

Ingredients

For brisket sandwich
  • 3 ounce sliced brisket
  • 1/2 ounce c mixed greens (or greens of your choosing)
Broccoli mix
  • 3 ounce sliced brisket
  • 1/2 ounce c mixed greens (or greens of your choosing)
  • 1/2 c. chopped, grilled or roasted broccoli
  • 1/4 c. cream cheese
  • 1 t extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 t roasted & chopped pine nuts
  • 1 teaspoon smoked spanish paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Combine cream cheese, olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper to smooth.

Fold in broccoli and pine nuts.

Spread generously on garlic bread.

Top with greens.
