- 1 cup red wine
- 1 cup balsamic
- 2 tabelspoons olive oil
- 3 ounces shallots, cleaned and cut
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Wilt down the shallots in the olive oil until brown.Add in red wine and balsamic and bring to a boil. Reduce to half.In the final 5 minutes of simmering, add in 1/2 cup blueberries.Marinade pork chops in half of this mixture for at least an hour. Save the other half to drizzle over the finished grilled chops.
