Ingredients
- 3/4 prepared mayonnaise
- 1 clove fresh garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon piece anchovies (puréed to a paste)
- 1/2 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon grana padano cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon freshly sliced chives
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Mince the fresh garlic with a micro plane, if available.
Working with a chilled mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
