Ingredients
- 16 julienne raw red peppers
- 32 slice raw fuyu persimmons
- 8 ounce goat cheese
- 1/2 pound arugula
- 8 pound thin slices of black forest ham
- 16 pound whole chives
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Place ham slice on cutting board and stuff with two slices of persimmons, a couple of red peppers, goat cheese, pinch of arugula and roll up.
Tie up with chive and refrigerate until serving.
