Ingredients

Crust
  • 1 cup fine to medium fine chopped pecans
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine (don’t melt)
  • 3 tablespoon granulated sugar
First layer
  • 1 cup fine to medium fine chopped pecans
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine (don’t melt)
  • 3 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 cup powder sugar
  • 1 cup 8-ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 cup 12-ounce tub cool whip
Second layer
  • 1 cup fine to medium fine chopped pecans
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine (don’t melt)
  • 3 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 cup powder sugar
  • 1 cup 8-ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 cup 12-ounce tub cool whip
  • 1 box jell-o instant pudding dry form (either chocolate or vanilla)
  • 2 cup cold milk
Third layer

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine (don’t melt)
  • 3 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 cup powder sugar
  • 1 cup 8-ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 cup 12-ounce tub cool whip
  • 1 box jell-o instant pudding dry form (either chocolate or vanilla)
  • 2 cup cold milk
  • 1 12-ounce tub of cool whip
Fourth layer
  • 1 cup fine to medium fine chopped pecans
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine (don’t melt)
  • 3 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 cup powder sugar
  • 1 cup 8-ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 cup 12-ounce tub cool whip
  • 1 box jell-o instant pudding dry form (either chocolate or vanilla)
  • 2 cup cold milk
  • 1 12-ounce tub of cool whip
  • 1/2 cup grated hershey chocolate bars or heath toffee bars

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the crust ingredients together with a spoon.

Pat contents into greased 13x9 in pan.

Bake crust for 15 to 20 minutes till golden brown.

Remove the crust from oven and let it cool.

Mix the powder sugar, cream cheese, and Cool Whip with electric mixer, and pour mixture on top of cooled crust.

Mix the Jell-O and milk with electric mixer slowly until it thickens.

Spread on top of cream cheese layer.

  Spread Cool Whip on top of Jell-O layer.

Sprinkle shavings all over the top of the dessert.

Refrigerate for two to three hours.
