Arugula with honey lavender vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby arugula
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 cup grapeseed oil

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Mix vinegar, Dijon mustard and lavender in a blender or mix by hand with whisk.

Drizzle oil while blending.

Once all of the oil is incorporated mix in the honey and lavender.

Season with salt and pepper.
