Artichoke and red pepper dip

Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole wheat bread
  • 1 slice egg

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Heat red pepper sauce and keep warm.

Drizzle both sides of bread with olive oil and cook in a non-stick pan until nicely browned.

Still using the olive oil, cook the egg 'over easy' (the yolk kinda makes it).

Plate with the egg on top of the grilled bread topped with red pepper sauce.

Add a few grinds of fresh pepper and eat.
