Artichoke and red pepper dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers - drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup artichoke bottoms - drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoon parmesan cheese - shredded

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Preheat oven to 400.Mix all ingredients together except parmesan.

Transfer to oven-proof bowl, and sprinkle parmesan on top.

Bake about 30 minutes until heated through and bubbly and delicious.

Serve with crackers, or even better — toasted pitas.
