Apricot puree

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apricots, dry
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar

Preparation

Baking Directions:

In medium saucepan, combine the apricots with the white wine and cook over medium-high heat until wine is reduced by half.

Add the sherry vinegar, then puree in Vita-Prep at high speed until smooth.
