Ingredients

    • 2 cups arugula
    • 1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced
    • 3/4 cup watermelon, cut into small chunks
    • 1/3 cup feta cheese or goat cheese, crumbled
    • 1½ tablespoons olive oil
    • Fresh lemon juice, to taste

Preparation

In a large bowl, toss together all of the ingredients and enjoy!
