“It’s more than likely that if he revokes probation, he would probably let her finish rehab with condition that if she doesn’t complete it in full she’s in violation of the sentencing. Rehab is not a get-out-of-jail-free card.” Kaplan feels Judge Fox has no choice but to allow Lohan to finish rehab.“If he (sent her back to jail) it would be like saying ‘I don’t care about your rehab,’ it would actually be contrary to the whole integrity of the system ... it would be very disappointing.” No trip to court has been without family drama for Lohan. As for what we can expect there Friday at 11:30 a.m. ET, her family, including her estranged father Michael Lohan, will be in attendance. “I am going to court but I have no other further comment other than I love her and I will always be there for her,” Michael said via email on Thursday.
