Earlier this week, we were transfixed by his riveted reactions at the swim finals. Then he won us over all over again with his intense team spirit at Wednesday's basketball match-up.

That's right! He's putting on even more medal-worthy displays in the stands — and watching him might just be the best spectator sport at the Summer Games.

On Thursday, the Oscar winner and wife Camila Alves — like most people — had their eyes on the pool as Michael Phelps went for gold and glory once again. And Phelps' winning moment was a winner for McConaughey, too, as you can see.
Of course, Olympic pride isn't in short supply these days. In fact, when it comes to Team USA, the actor has some serious superfan competition in the form of "Ghostbusters" star Leslie Jones. But they're not fighting for top honors — they're in this together.
