If "This Is Us" had you in tears with last week's poignant father-son push-up scene (because ... obviously), then you need to watch this!
On Tuesday's "Ellen DeGeneres Show," star Milo Ventimiglia hefted the host on his back — for laughs — and she even returned the favor.
“I’ve gotta say, you’re a fit guy,” DeGeneres commented after looking at a photo of him from People magazine's Sexiest Man Alive issue. “When I’m hugging you, you’re like solid.”
So when talk turned to that powerful moment from "This Is Us," wherein Ventimiglia's Jack proved his devotion to young Randall with push-ups, the actor was eager to show her just how fit he is.
Without breaking a sweat, he completed nine push-ups before DeGeneres stopped him and said, "Now you get on my back."
And he did!

While she only completed two push-ups — with a little help from him — DeGeneres shouldn't feel bad about it. After all, he's had a lot of practice lately.
In addition to the tearjerker scene on the show, he and his co-stars have re-created it on social media— including one match-up that had an all-grown-up Randall (Sterling K. Brown) on Dad's back.
