Finally, it's official: Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor has been working on the score for David Fincher's upcoming film, "Girl With the Dragon Tattoo." Fincher and Reznor recently worked together on the score for "The Social Network," and Reznor revealed during a New York Times livestream that he's spent the last six weeks working on the score for the Stieg Larsson adaptation.

Don't expect to hear the same sounds you hear in the Golden Globe-nominated "Social Network" score, however. Reznor told the Times that unlike the electronic equipment used in the "Network" score, "Dragon Tattoo" will feature cellos and other stringed instruments.

What do you think about the choice to have Reznor come on board for "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo?" Share your thoughts in the comments.
