Over the course of six seasons, fans of TLC's "Little Couple" have watched as Bill Klein and Dr. Jennifer Arnold have faced a series of huge challenges, from fertility woes and a surrogate's miscarriage to Arnold's battle with a rare form of cancer.
But there's a new season of "The Little Couple" on the way, and a preview hints at good news for their family.
"No more sick Mommy!" Jen cheers to her children as the clip opens.
During the two-and-a-half minute sneak peek, Bill, Jen, Will (4) and Zoey (3) focus on "getting back to normal life." But soon it seems playtime, school and vacation are interrupted with yet another hitch.
A bad back for Bill means surgery, and with it, possible complications.
"I can't imagine anything happening to Bill," Jen says. "I need him."
See how it all works out for the family when season seven of "The Little Couple" kicks off Dec. 2 at 9 p.m. ET on TLC.
