In a 15-second teaser released on Sunday, Fey's character asks, "Y'all ready for this jelly?" Her rhetorical question is followed by some sweet dance moves, a dramatic hair dryer, and a bold assumption about the age of Poehler's character.

"Sisters" won't be the first time Fey and Poehler tackle family affairs on screen. After Poehler played the surrogate of Fey's character in the 2008 movie "Baby Mama," the "Parks and Recreation" star also channeled a younger version of Fey's "30 Rock" heroine, Liz Lemon.

Since meeting as performers at Chicago's iO Theater in 1993, the dynamic duo have shared critical and popular success as the first female Weekend Update team on NBC's "Saturday Night Live;" in movies (especially "Mean Girls"); at a roast of comedy legend Don Rickles; and at the three most recent Golden Globes ceremonies.

"Sisters" is slated to arrive in theaters this Christmas.
