Although adult film star and alleged Tiger Woods mistress Joslyn James recently claimed she got pregnant twice by the embattled golf great, a source close to James warns she has a habit of lying.

“Joslyn is a compulsive liar and a bad mom,” James’ stepmother, Deborah Siwik, explained to Radar Online. “She used to boast to me that she would soon not to have to work again for the rest of her life. I’m not sure if she meant because she was going to have Tiger Woods’ baby, but she definitely is not the kind of person who should be having children.”

According to Siwik, if James was indeed pregnant either of the times she contends, there’s no way to know whether Woods was the father or not. Siwik doesn’t deny James dated the golfer, but she’s certain Woods wasn’t her stepdaughter’s only partner.

“It is possible that she got pregnant by Tiger Woods, but she was involved with a lot of other men too,” said Siwik, who seemed to have sympathy for Woods. “He’s no saint, but I don’t envy him getting involved with Joslyn James — she is a bad person who only wants to be famous.”

According to James, who spoke to “Inside Edition” on the subject, Woods would have no knowledge of the alleged pregnancies, one of which she said ended in a miscarriage and the other in abortion, as she never revealed them to him.

Ferguson’s low-budget late showThe recent late-night shakeup, which saw Jay Leno shuffled between timeslots, left Conan O’Brien out of a job, and entertained David Letterman to no end, had little effect on “The Late Late Show” host Craig Ferguson.

Sure, Ferguson landed a few wisecracks at the expense of the bigger names, but otherwise he simply sat back and enjoyed the stress-free freedom of a low-budget late show.

“I have no ambitions beyond being comfortable in what I do for a living — and earning a living,” the 47-year-old told the Los Angeles Times. “We have no promotion, we’ve got no money — it's the cheapest budget of any of the late-night shows — probably Carson Daly’s too. We get nothing. But we do have a huge advantage in that they let us do what we want. And I would take that trade.”

That advantage also allows Ferguson creative control when deciding the direction of celebrity interviews. In short, those who simply hope to plug their next project may not enjoy their evening with Ferguson.

“The best guests tend to be those who are generous of spirit because that’s the spirit of the show,” Ferguson told the paper. “It's an old improv game: I ask you a question, you don't say ‘No,’ you say ‘Yes.’ I say, ‘Were you ever in Australia?’ ‘Yes — and no. I was in New Zealand.’ Or, ‘I've seen a photograph of a kangaroo.’ Bring something to it ’cause I ain't gonna ask you what practical jokes you played on a movie set, ’cause I don't care, and I'm not going to ask anything that doesn't interest me, because that's not my job.”

Dish on the flyArtistic fulfillment may be all-important for some in Hollywood, but actress Jessica Alba readily admits making big bucks really satisfies. In an interview with Britain’s Scarlet magazine, the “Valentine’s Day” star explained how paychecks put success into perspective. “Making lots of money has made me happy,” Alba confessed. “No one else helped me — I've done this all by myself, on my own terms.” ... If Super Bowl-winner Reggie Bush one day weds Kim Kardashian, the reality TV star wants the world to know, she didn’t push him down the aisle. “I’ve been married before, I was 19, and I want to take my time,” Kardashian said in a quote posted to Showbiz Spy. “There are rumors like, ‘Kim is pressuring him’. And there is none of that at all. I really want to take my time. We are young and we’re having fun.”
