The youngest brother was arrested in New York City yesterday after being pulled over by police officers for making an illegal U-turn.
Law enforcement sources confirm the arrest to E! News, explaining that the "Usual Suspects" star was stopped on 125th Street between Seventh and Lenox avenues at 5:15 p.m. when cops discovered that he was driving with a suspended license.

Baldwin was brought to the precinct, booked for aggravated unlicensed operator, issued a desk-appearance ticket and released. Baldwin is, according to TMZ, scheduled to appear in court in October to be arraigned.
