The show returns to Comedy Central Wednesday at 10 p.m. with a new episode called "HumancentiPad." Yes, it involves what you're probably thinking. Even though Apple boss Steve Jobs is battling some serious medical issues, "South Park" takes no mercy and turns him into the demented surgeon from "Human Centipede." Check it out:

Ugh. Wish it were Wednesday night now so I can get this nasty trailer out of my head and replace it with gut-busting laughs provided by the cartoon.
