After a close final faceoff, Donald Trump named formerly unemployed lawyer Brandy Kuentzel the newest winner of “The Apprentice.”
Kuentzel barely bested competitor Clint Robertson in the celebrity golf task on Thursday night’s 10th season finale. Her win seemed to come down to ambition and demeanor, not to mention her ability to keep the “y’alls” to a minimum (Take note, Clint), as much as anything else.
Before announcing Kuentzel’s victory, The Donald told the final two “You’re both outstanding; you both deserve to be here.”
But obviously, in eyes of the big boss, Kuentzel proved slightly more outstanding than her competition.
“I am the next ‘Apprentice!’” Trump’s latest hire exclaimed after receiving the honor. “I’m just so excited.”
During the finale, the corporate attorney expressed her desire to work with “the next generation of Trumps,” as well as the senior entrepreneur.
“I look forward to working with Brandy,” Trump said. “I believe she is very talented and will show this talent in the years to come.”
