The 10th season of “The Biggest Loser” just ended, but fans of the show won’t have to miss the life-changing reality TV competition for long. In three weeks season 11 begins, and if the clip that aired during Tuesday night’s finale is any indication, it’s set to take the game in a whole new direction.
The first change is the addition of two new, yet-to-be revealed trainers. The pair, shown only in silhouette and from behind in the sneak peek, will offer competing couples a surprising choice. Players can take the safe route and train at the ranch with known commodities Bob Harper and the soon-to-be-departing Jillian Michaels, or they can gamble on the new guys and earn initial immunity but risk their long term results.
The contestants themselves are the other new elements of the upcoming season, as they’ll include an Olympic gold medalist and one competitor who had to lose 100 pounds on her own before she was even allowed to join the show.
