Showtime renews 'Dexter' for sixth bloody season
Can't get enough of serial killer Dexter Morgan? Neither can Showtime! The network has renewed "Dexter" for a sixth season as the show gets ready to wrap up it's highest-rated year. The 10th episode of the season pulled in 2.54 million viewers, which is a 43 percent increase over the 1.77 million the premiere received.
"This was the easiest decision I've made since I got to Showtime," said David Nevins, president of the network.
The show stars Michael C. Hall as the lovable murderer. Production for season six begins in the spring.
