Scott Baio: No reunion for Joanie and Chachi on 'See Dad Run'

Scott Baio may be making a sitcom comeback with his new Nickleodeon series, "See Dad Run," but that doesn't mean he's planning on revisiting his early sitcom days. Specifically, as he told The New York Post, he's not going to be asking former "Happy Days" and "Joanie Loves Chachi" co-star Erin Moran to drop by for a guest role.

Moran, whose home was foreclosed on, now lives in an Indiana trailer park.

"I feel bad, but sometimes you make your bed and you have to sleep in it," said Baio. "That is unfortunate. I have extended myself a couple of times and at a certain point you have to say, 'You know what? I have got my own life to live. I am not going to worry about this.'"

Baio also kept himself separate from his "Happy Days" cast members in a recent lawsuit they brought against CBS over royalties the network failed to pay for merchandising their images. The actors got $65,000, but Baio did not participate.

"I don’t like lawyers very much," he said. "That show was very good to me."

"See Dad Run" is about an actor whose sitcom gets canceled and has to raise his three children. It will film on the same stage that "Happy Days" was made on and premieres Oct. 6.
