"Jack me up!" It's the catchphrase brides-to-be who find their dream dresses on TLC's "Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta" scream to have the salon's staff add the veil and bling to complete their bridal look.

But in a very special episode airing Friday, Bridals by Lori owner Lori Allen is offering one client a surprise jack up. In a clip that TLC is sharing exclusively with TODAY, Allen shows up at Delese Range's vow renewal to make her day extra special.

"I think that a bride should always have pearls!" Allen tells a tearful Range in the video as she was dressing for the ceremony.

The episode is an update to last October's "Say Yes to the Cure: Lori's Fight," which followed Allen's battle against breast cancer, including her double mastectomy. This time around for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Allen is back in a new "Say Yes to the Cure" to update viewers about her progress against the disease. Range, also a breast cancer survivor, had appeared in the original special with her husband to shop for a dress for their vow renewal ceremony.

"She and I both had been through a lot together, and we didn't even know each other," Allen tells cameras in the clip. "I wanted her to love the way she looked, and I wanted her to be happy, and I wanted her to embrace this moment."

"Say Yes to the Cure" isn't all good news and happy tears, though. It turns out that as Range is preparing for her vow renewal, she learns her cancer has returned.

The special one-hour episode of "Say Yes to the Cure" airs Friday at 8 p.m. on TLC.
