We all know Sarah Michelle Gellar can take down a vampire with a wave of her trusty wooden spike. (She didn't play "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" for seven seasons for nothing.) But what happens when she stakes her claim as a kick-butt Cinderella in a rap battle against "Beauty and the Beast's" Belle (played by Whitney Avalon)?

Gellar and Avalon face off as two of Disney's best-dressed, best-coiffed princesses in the hilarious new edition ofAvalon's "Princess Rap Battle" series and both make great points in the video, which dropped on YouTube Wednesday.

Note for those considering showing it to kids: There's no swearing but there is some sexual innuendo in their raps.

"I deserve all the praise for the foot-fetish craze," raps Gellar/Cinderella. "I've got itty-bitty kicks but legs for days."

Still, Cindy is a little old-fashioned when it comes to actual story. As Avalon/Belle notes, "I'm the smart female heroine that can't be ignored. The moral of our quarrel and why I've got you beat: It's what's inside that matters, not the size of your feet."

Bam! Here's the truth, though: Whoever's side you're on, we all win when Gellar and Avalon go toe-to-toe.
