Rosario Dawson joined TODAY Wednesday to talk about her new movie, "Top Five," which she stars in with comedian Chris Rock.
"He always makes your jaw drop," she told Matt Lauer. "That's his favorite thing on the planet."
But, she said, they balanced each other out: "I completely trusted him. He knows his comedy and I know my drama — it was a good fit."
When asked about media reports that she recently adopted a 12-year-old girl, Dawson insisted on keeping things private.
"I very rarely talk about tabloid speculation and this is not an exception," she said. "Mum's the word."
"Top Five" opens in theaters on Dec. 12.
