"We are excited to be back in North America playing stadiums this summer! We are looking forward to being back on stage and playing your favorite songs," singer Mick Jagger— who will join band members Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood on the road — said in a statement.

The "Zip Code" tour will make stops largely in the middle of North America; there are no scheduled shows in larger cities like Los Angeles or New York City. This is the first time the band will have toured in North America since 2005-07's "A Bigger Bang Tour."

In addition, a remastered edition of 1971's "Sticky Fingers" album will be released May 26.

Tickets go on sale for American Express card holders on April 8, with seats opened to the general public on a not-yet-announced date.

Give the guys props: At 66, Wood is the youngest member of the band; the other three men are in their 70s.
