Hope "Teen Mom" Amber Portwood's New Year's resolution wasn't to have a better year than 2011, because 2012 is getting off to a pretty crummy start.

According to TMZ, the troubled young reality personality is losing her Indiana home because her landlord filed eviction documents with the courts Wednesday. The gossip site notes that the docs indicate Portwood violated her lease agreement, but details were not given.

Her brother Shawn told our pals at E! Online that property owner Asbury Glen Homes wanted her out due to her "pending felony."

Portwood is currently in jail for violating the terms of her probation. She pled guilty to two counts of felony domestic violence last June after MTV aired an episode of "Teen Mom" in which she was shown repeatedly punching and slapping ex-fiance Gary Shirley, the father of her toddler, Leah. The judge had given her a two-year suspended sentence and placed her on two years of probation in that case. She is now also accused of committing two new felonies -- battery and possession of a controlled substance.

The judge handling her case, David Happe, ordered Portwood to stay behind bars until at least Jan. 27. At least she has a place to stay?

The legal issues keep piling up for her! What do you predict could be next? Or will she shape up? Share your thoughts on our Facebook page.
