TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan could leave rehab as early as this week. Lohan was initially sentenced to spend 90 days in a rehab facility, and now TMZ is reporting that it is "very possible" that she could leave as early as this week, and begin outpatient care. In order for that to happen, the new judge on Lindsay's case, Elden Fox, must approve an early release. In an interview with Matt Lauer last week, Lindsay's mother Dina Lohan referenced the new judge for Lindsay's case on numerous occasions, but did not address directly whether Lindsay might leave rehab early.
