The low-blow limousine fight from last week’s season finale of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” left one star so upset she suffered panic attacks in its wake.

Sisters Kyle and Kim Richards held nothing back during a long and uncomfortable limo ride that featured rapid-fire insults from Kyle and a variety of complaints from an inebriated Kim.

“After this horrible argument between Kim and I, we didn't speak for a long time,” Kyle recently wrote in a post to her Bravo blog. “My heart was broken and I suffered an incredible amount of anxiety and panic attacks. Next to losing my mother, this was the most difficult time of my life. It is so difficult for me to even write about it now.”

The sibling battle never got physical thanks to a quick body block from fellow housewife Adrienne Maloof, but the war of words caused some personal pain when Kyle called Kim “sick,” “insane” and in a moment of absolute anger, an alcoholic. Although Kim briefly entered rehab after filming finished for the season, Kyle now says she regrets the confrontation.

"The events that transpired that evening were quite unfortunate and should never have occurred on or off camera," Kyle explained in a statement to Bravo. "There are a lot of elements to the story that viewers didn’t see. This has been difficult for our entire family as we both said and did things that we regret. My sister and I love each other very much we want to move forward and put this behind us."
