Perez Hilton won’t back down on Miley front

Despite his claims at the MuchMusic Video Awards on Sunday, a source says the celebrity blogger has not spoken with Miley Cyrus about the  upskirt scandal.

The Perez Hilton/Miley Cyrus upskirt conflict lives on. The blogger told the crowd at the MuchMusic Video Awards (hosted by Cyrus) on Sunday night that he “did manage to speak to Miley Cyrus and yes she was wearing underwear as she tells me she always does.”

The flaw in that statement: According to a source who spoke to Gossip Cop, at no point during the upskirt scandal did Hilton speak to Cyrus. “The truth is they never spoke or crossed paths,” said the source. “He is a liar.”

As for Hilton, he seems to be unfazed by the criticism of the past week: On Monday he tweeted “Oh, #Miley! Warning: If you’re easily offended, do not click here.” “Here” was a link to a photo of Cyrus, showing her at the MuchMusic awards in a position that is risqué at best.

Hathaway’s ill-gotten jewels up for auctionWhat kind of jewelry does a soon-to-be felon buy his A-list girlfriend? Thanks to The Smoking Gun’s post about the jewels given to Anne Hathaway by her now-imprisoned former boyfriend Raffaello Follieri, we know.

The government seized Hathaway’s jewels from her ex-beau as part of the fraud charges against Follieri. (He ultimately pleaded guilty to 14 felony counts and was sentenced to 4½ years in prison.) Thanks to an inventory prepared by federal investigators, the haul included two watches, two bracelets, two necklaces, two chains, silver earrings and a Louis Vuitton box. You can peruse the collection, which will be auctioned by the FBI, here.

Nikki Blonsky heads to fat camp in ‘Huge’
Nikki Blonsky, best known as the lead songstress in the movie “Hairspray,” stars in the new series “Huge,” and wants to send the message that just because someone isn’t skinny doesn’t mean that they aren’t people too.

“Most of America doesn't have the money to have a trainer 24/7 and a meal service to bring you meals, because if they did, we'd all be a size 2,” Blonsky said to TheFrisky.com. “And that would just be too perfect.”

A far cry from her 1960s love-struck girl-next-door character in “Hairspray,” Blonsky plays blue-haired tomboy Wilhelmina “Will” Rader on the upcoming ABC Family series. Though “Huge” is about kids at a fat camp, she’s said that the show goes past the weight issue.

“Every single issue skinny people go through, plus-size people go through, too,” Blonsky said. “We're all human beings, and we have to remember that our looks are something that are only with us for a certain time. It’s our spirit that people will remember us for as time goes on and we grow older.”

Blonsky is keeping busy: She’ll be playing a single mom in “Waiting for Forever,” which co-stars Rachel Bilson, Blythe Danner and Richard Jenkins, which will be released this fall.

Read this, watch thatThis Friday marks the one-year anniversary of Michael Jackson’s death. As such, there will be a spate of Jackson-related programming on television, but if you watch just one thing, it should be “Michael Jackson and Bubbles: The Untold Story.” Jackson and Bubbles the chimp shared six years together before Jackson had to give him up. Hear all about it — plus LaToya’s musings on the situation — Tuesday night on Animal Planet.

As for what to read, I loved this itemized list of what it costs to be part of the “Real Housewives” franchise. Those hairless sphynx cats don’t come cheap.
