In 1988, Oprah Winfrey wheeled out a little red wagon containing 67 pounds of animal fat — the amount of weight she’d then lost — just to show her audience what she’d accomplished. It made for one of daytime television’s most memorable moments. It also made for the talk-show host’s biggest on-air regret.

“Big, big, big, big, big, big, big mistake!” Winfrey recently told Entertainment Tonight. “When I look at that show, I think it was one of the biggest ego trips of my life.”

Fans of the original “Oprah Winfrey Show” will have the opportunity to relive that “mistake” and other classic O moments when “Lifeclasses,” a new series that focuses on the lessons she learned and offered during her show’s 25-year run, premieres Monday, Oct. 10 on OWN.
