Is Britney Spears pregnant again?

The “Oops, I Did It Again” pop star rushed to a Malibu hospital last week, and some reports claimed that it was to care for her young son, Sean Preston — who they claim was constipated. But one source insists the news is much happier.

“She was throwing up and had stomach cramps,” the source tells The Scoop. “She’s pregnant.”

Spears’ rep, however, insists that the singer is not with child. “Not true,” she says. “Not pregnant.”

Dancing on ‘Brokeback Mountain’“Dancing With the Stars” fans on the West Coast didn’t get to see an off-color gag by last week.

On the last show before Sunday's finale, Judge Bruno Tonioli joked to Lachey that a certain dance number could make him the star of “Brokeback Mountain: The Musical.” Lachey responded by grabbing a cowboy hat and covering his behind with it.

The gesture made it on the air on the East Coast, but apparently was cut from the West Coast feeds, where viewers hear Tonioli’s quip, but saw the audience’s response instead of Lachey’s.

A rep for the show — when asked if the gag was edited out — responded merely: “We’re not commenting on that.”

Notes from all overMadonna got a pair of fake eyelashes — made from mink and studded with diamonds – from Japanese makeup artist Shu Uemura. The mink was real; we’re not sure about the diamonds. . . . Brett Ratner, the director of the upcoming third X-Men movie, “X-Men: The Last Stand,” says he doesn’t have a contract for a fourth film, but made the flick with another one in mind.  . . . Matthew McConaughey and Sarah Jessica Parker were onscreen sweeties in “Failure To Launch,” but a source says the warm feelings didn’t extend offscreen. “Matthew gets along with pretty much everyone, but he basically couldn’t bear Sarah,” the insider claims. In fact, McConaughey was rather hard pressed when asked to comment publicly on Parker. When asked recently by Oprah Winfrey to sum up various co-stars, the best thing he came up with for Parker was “Great comedic timing.” He then added: “Very peculiar, too. Man, she’s a very interesting woman. Yeah.”
