Stylist to the stars Louis Licari and TODAY contributor Jill Martin, along with their ambush makeover team, are known for plucking women straight from the crowd and giving them beautiful new looks from head to toe.

After their transformation, the newly-coiffed and outfitted fans hit the studio, surprising their families, as well as Kathie Lee and Hoda (and even themselves) with high-pitched shrieks of delight, shock and gasps of "OMG!"
