It's day two without wine, and Kathie Lee and Hoda are still going strong as they tackle the No-Booze Challenge.

"We are healthier, and better," crowed Hoda, endorphined to the gills after a yesterday's hour of non-stop workouts.

It helps that they're being powered by KLG's favorite green drink. The ladies sipped on the smoothie yesterday during their exercise show, and many of you wanted to know what was in it. It's her friend Emilie Weirda's wonder tonic, and it's very easy to make.

KLG's green drink

Ingredients:

Handful of mint leaves (about 2 oz.)

Handful of baby spinach (about 2 oz.)

6 ounce pineapple juice

1 banana (frozen)

1 cup ice

1/4 cucumber, skin-on

1 stalk celery

Directions:

Cut up the banana, celery and cucumber into blender-friendly pieces.  Blend all ingredients until smooth and then drink a toast to your own health and exquisite self-control.

With frosty substitutions like this, giving up wine should be easy for them, right? Right?

Oh well. Only 28 more days of clean livin' to go.
